請問靜宜大學有規定因操行成績不合格者不能就學的規定嗎？
我之前不是靜宜的學生，它簡章裡有這句：因操行成績不及格退學之本校退學生，不得報考 。
是規定靜宜的學生因操行成績不及格不能再度報考同學校嗎？
還是每個人都是？
