廬山溫泉區徵收 政院非合法部分不埋單

民國98年莫拉克颱風造成廬山溫泉區重創，南投縣政府今年3月擬定土地徵收計畫給行政院，爭取6億合法土地上的補償金，及35億元救濟金。行政院認為，35億元的救濟金內含非合法地上物也要補償，這部分應由地方政府自行辦理。

南投縣議員黃志學今在議會臨時提案，要求縣府率隊求見行政院長，讓廬山溫泉產業遷移案盡速完成。
