(急)SD手機記憶卡讀不到該怎麼辦

之前用舊手機發現SD記憶卡突然讀不到
手機裡的照片及其他檔案通通都不見了記憶卡還插著
換了新手機之後想說應該讀得到
結果還是一樣沒有任何反應
跟朋友借了讀卡機電腦也無法讀出檔案根本沒反應
我沒有使用過讀卡機之前都是把手機插USB到電腦抓檔案放進記憶卡裡
我也不知道格式化是甚麼沒有用過
請問是記憶卡壞了嗎有辦法解救嗎
裡面的照片檔案對我來說非常重要有點急

希望能有辦法謝謝
