皮膚軟薄處 易遭隱翅蟲傷

台大醫院皮膚科醫師蔡呈芳表示，隱翅蟲身長約1公分左右，當其受到驚嚇或被拍死時，會釋放毒素，一旦碰到皮膚，尤其是脖子等皮膚較薄、較軟的部位，更易造成如同灼傷的刺痛、紅，甚至因為疼痛，有些民眾會誤以為是帶狀性泡疹。文獻曾報告過，有民眾因隱翅蟲跑到臉上，手碰到蟲子沾了毒素，又以手揉眼睛，導致毒素跑到眼睛裡，造成角膜灼傷的病例。
