急!為何Toshiba 硬碟 canvio 備份有問題?

各位大大好，
小弟找到 Toshiba 的外接硬碟 canvio connect 有內建備份軟體跟10G的免費雲端，
很心動就買了。
可是我用它的軟體做全系統備份時都會出現 "備份完成 但有錯誤"的訊息，試了好多次都一樣.....到底是什麼問題呢?

還有我要怎麼註冊那個10G的免費雲端? 軟體把我連到NTI的網站可是都要付錢.....
