現在危機處理的方式是要趕快把危機竭露出來馬上改善
現募兵制難行又不敢講，又不惜降低兵源素質在招兵無異飲鴆止渴
報載：國軍今年全年募兵人數目標為兩萬八千五百三十一人，但國防部昨公佈迄七月底僅募得四千兩百九十人由於女性報考志願役人數增加，國防部也表示，不排除將女性錄取比例由現行的六％提高到八％，未來更不排除拉高到十％以上，以達成募兵員額成效。
