北市三腳渡堤外停車場一度淹水45公分

【蔡亞樺／台北報導】北市災害應變中心統計，到今日上午8時止接獲34起通報案件，其中道路淹水2起在士林區通河東街三腳渡堤外停車場，一度淹水45公分，現場汽車50部、機車20部，派員拖吊移離，還有在潭美街動物之家對面有個坑洞，造成一名女子受傷治療已離院，通報工務局前往處理填補，另停電60戶、尚無有停話的情形。
