一樓地板面積:502.8
二到四樓地板面積都是:494.58
基地面積計算圖有備註:退縮空地4M 做為通道使用

請問靠近退縮4M空地的邊間一樓的建蔽率跟容積率是多少
因為前屋主有增建前圍牆跟側圍牆
不知有無越界....
所以想了解是否要辦理建物重測

我們是小社區有3棟四層(每層兩戶)
