相信你應該也有保第三人責任險，你的第三人責任險是依你的肇事責任來賠對方

新乙式車體險是賠自己的車

因為我不知道這場事故是不是有主次因，你說你錯比較多你就為主因、對方次因

那麼你就要賠付對方七成的求償，車損、體傷、等等…(保險公司處理)

那對方要賠你三成

如果要你自己負擔的部份，常有的狀況就是對方不和解因為有受傷

向你要求更多的理賠金額，因為保險公司一定會看單據理賠

如果高出保險公司的額度，你就必須自己出錢了
