辦理 居留證 有關姓氏問題

你好！

原本是辦結婚時 , 在我國駐菲辦事處填寫要先一份「中文姓名啟用證明書」。

拿來台灣戶政登記結婚時, 騰本會有中英文名字。

辦理護照時，使用的是夫姓。就以護照英文名字為準 。

辦理居留證是中文姓名為主, 加註護照英文名字。

在台灣生活, 依本地公文書 , 皆是使用中文。
