副閣揆視察潭美颱風中央災害應變中心

為瞭解潭美颱風最新動態及災防整備情形，行政院副院長毛治國今日下午視察中央災害應變中心，在聽取第一次工作會報後指示各相關單位，於現階段即應全程戒備，落實各項颱風整備工作。

毛治國指出，根據情資研判資料顯示，潭美颱風可能帶來可觀的降雨，北部山區預估將達1,000毫米，中部山區預估可達1,100毫米降雨量。各單位防護重點應集中於北部及東北部颱風降雨集中的縣市，例如宜蘭、新北、桃園、新竹與苗栗等地區。

根據中央氣象局最新資料顯示，潭美颱風中心目前在台北東南東方海面，繼續向西北轉西北西移動，其暴風圈正逐漸接近台灣東部海面，台灣北部海面、東北部海面及東南部海面航行及作業船隻應嚴加戒備。
