立委提議：凌虐兒少致死 最重判死

就讀國二的葉小妹遭性侵殺害一案，原本已三審定讞，國民黨立委王育敏日前發文給檢察總長黃世銘，要求提起非常上訴。她今得知黃已提出非常上訴後，在臉書上留言指消息「令人振奮」。

王育敏國會辦公室表示，她將在立法院下會期開始後提案增修刑法286條之一，明定凌虐兒少致死的刑責比照殺人罪，最重可處極刑。
