上公廁竟被人刺傷　男獲判賠182萬

【劉志原╱台北報導】洪姓男子因長期喝酒，已有酒精性失智症，去年1月間，他在台北市老松公園內喝酒後，懷疑東西被偷，拿剪刀要找人理論，剛上完廁所的蔡姓男子剛好經過，竟遭被告持剪刀猛刺臉、胸，導致大量出血引發休克，急經救才撿回一命。事後蔡男向被告求償302萬元，台北地院判准182萬餘元；仍可上訴。
 
洪男犯案後，已遭高等法院依殺人未遂罪判刑5年，及戒酒監護5年確定，他遭求償後，坦承刺傷蔡男，但目前已在監獄服刑，沒錢可以賠償傷者。
