廉價日亞航 更名香草航空

（法新社東京20日電） 廉價航空日本亞洲航空（AirAsia Japan）今天宣布將航空公司改名為香草航空，公司總裁說，「全世界每個人都愛香草」。

公司幹部在200多個名字當中，花了一個半月時間做決定，選出新名「香草航空」。

公司總裁石井知祥在東京記者會上說：「我們選擇香草作為品牌名，因為香草很受歡迎，全世界每個人都喜愛。我認為這是一個非常可愛的名字。」

日本亞洲航空的母公司馬來西亞亞洲航空（AirAsia）和日本全日空（ANA）合組的合資公司破局後，現由全日空百分百擁有這家航空公司，選擇更改公司名稱。

香草航空將自12月底以2架租自全日空的客機開始營運，目標鎖定渡假旅客。（譯者：中央社羅苑韶）
