張盛和：沒有囤房，等年輕人都可以買房，　奢侈稅才可以退場

財政部長張盛和表示，根據學者的研究，奢侈稅實施成效良好，
短期內沒有廢除必要，未來可以採取滾動式檢討，
等房市健全，沒有不當投機，
沒有囤房現象年輕人都可以買房　奢侈稅才可以退場。

財長的宏願很難達成吧~~~
能屯房有能力左右房價大都是有錢有權勢的人，
薪資幾乎凍漲年代，讓年輕人都可以買房除非再來一次金融大海嘯，否則奢侈税退場幾乎是不可能任務。
