【林師民／新竹報導】台電一輛工程車今天上午9點多，行經國道一號中山高速公路北上竹北路段，前方突然塞車，工程車煞車不及，打滑翻車，後方貨車緊急煞停，緊跟在貨車後的中型巴士煞車不及，追撞貨車車尾。

巴士郭姓司機右腿骨折送醫，車上12名大陸遊客輕傷送醫，檢查包紮後都出院。工程車和貨車司機皆未受傷。工程車翻車過程全被貨車行車紀錄器拍下。
