民進黨立委提修憲案 廢監察院

民進黨立委李俊俋、陳其邁上午提出廢除堅察院的修憲案，主張現有監院的彈劾、糾舉、審計及調查四項權限，移至立法院，並下設監察使及國家審計委員會。對於外界質疑廢監院顛覆國父遺教，陳其邁反指，當初廢除國民大會時，國、民兩黨早就聯手顛覆國父遺教，不是現在才有。
