就是"男怕入錯行,女怕嫁錯郎", 首先,就是大學畢業後的第一份工作很重要, 小弟不才,大學畢業後,因為大學成績很差,想去民營的,沒人要, 那時面試了幾間(1998年,有面試當時要股票上櫃的,做ERP的普揚,但普揚後來倒閉), 那時還有面試一些小型電腦公司,都沒人要我. 當時的台灣環境問題是,沒有網路人力銀行(像 104 之類的), 要找工作,只有青輔會的網站. 小弟第一份公司,錯在去中研院,當約聘的 MIS, 結果待了四年後,那時 2002 年以後,104人力銀行的興起,1111人力銀行興起, 518人力銀行興起,青輔會不再為人找工作,台灣人找工作轉為要上民營的網路人力銀行, 導致工作愈來愈難找,後來小弟從中研院離職後,就找不到什麼好的工作, 因為民營的公司,很少請從公家機關出來的人.中研院出去的助理, 好像都是只有當老師的機會,民營的公司,幾乎都不會要中研院的人. 那時小弟認識的中研院助理,大部份也是走高普考的路,去民營的人很少. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.223.78.79
