【短片】英國千名業務中　半數曾蹲廁所躲顧客

【綜合報導】英國一項最新的調查，訪問了1000名業務人員，了解他們的工作情況。結果顯示，有半數業務人員曾經躲入倉庫或蹲廁所，以避過顧客的不斷追問。

有高達63%的業務員承認，在推銷物品時曾經向顧客說謊，誇大貨品的效能等，更有58%的業務每天都吹牛講大話。此外，有47%的業務表示對於自己推銷的物品了解不深，認為公司沒有給予夠足的訓練。

英國科技公司Red Ant指，業務人員的態度差劣，將促使更多顧客使用網路購物服務。
