違停被開15張罰單，申訴被駁回

新竹王姓男子自今年3月2日至4月15日間，將轎車停在苗栗縣竹南鎮一處人行道上，被警察連續開罰，前後開出15張罰單，每張罰900元，總額達1萬3500元，王男不服，他稱不知道該處不能停車，又說警察應該將車移到保管場，不該連續處罰。

法官認為，王男考過駕照應知道人行道不能停車，且依據道路交通管理處罰條例規定，汽車所有人不在場或未能將汽車移置每逾2小時，得連續舉發，警方的舉發沒有違誤，駁回王男請求，維持原處分。
