最近桃園的房價真是漲得超誇張的，像大有路這邊的房子房齡幾乎都快20年，可是竟然可 以賣到4~500萬，感覺被炒的很厲害。常在想，以我現在35歲真的要買房子的話，房貸我 還得完嗎？不要說現在很多什麼啃老尼特的，以現在的生活水準再加上詭異的房價，有工 作都還要住家裡了，更不要提買房了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.68.210.55
