輕颱潭美形成 最快後天發海警

中央氣象局今（18）日表示，今年第12號颱風「潭美」（TRAMI）已於今日上午8點形成，氣象局預報員蔡耀德表示，依照氣象局目前預估的路徑，「潭美」侵台機率高，影響台灣最明顯的時間點將落在21日、22日（週三、週四），氣象局最快可能在20日左右（週二）發布海上颱風警報。

蔡耀德表示，「潭美」今日上午8點位於鵝鑾鼻東南東方700公里的海面上，以每小時8公里的速度朝東北東轉東北方向前進，不過，「潭美」將在20日左右轉向，改朝西北西的方向接近台灣，移動速度也會加快。

根據氣象局的資料顯示，「潭美」目前中心氣壓998百帕，近中心最大風速每秒18公尺，瞬間最大陣風每秒25公尺，七級風半徑為100公里，蔡耀德表示，由於「潭美」接近台灣以前，還有2到3天的時間能在海上發展，因此強度還有增強的空間，也不排除增強為中度颱風。

蔡耀德表示，氣象局最快可能在20日左右發布「潭美」海上颱風警報，而20日下半天起，北部、東半部地區天氣將變得不穩定。
