輕颱最快今成形　未來一周全台有雨

【綜合報導】兩個熱帶性低氣壓接力影響台灣，都有機會轉成颱風，全台本周轉為陰雨！中央氣象局昨說，鵝鑾鼻東南東方的熱帶性低氣壓，最快今凌晨到白天升級成今年第12號輕颱，周三、四影響台灣。另在台北東北東方的熱帶性低氣壓明接近台灣，降雨強度將增加。但兩低氣壓合併成一個颱風機率低。

氣象局預報員劉人瑋說，未來一周台灣處在一個大低壓帶下，明起受西北方熱帶低壓影響，全台有降雨機會，北部更可能有局部性大雨或豪雨；明起高溫會以1天低1℃下降，最後落到30℃左右。周三、四東南方熱帶性低壓或颱風接力影響台灣，全台持續短暫陣雨或雷雨。不過今早全台仍有機會出現陽光，全台高溫約在33到34℃。
