角頭劉芳成命案 凶嫌新莊警方自首

綽號「空仔」的50歲天道盟天德會前副會長劉芳成，8月7日深夜於新北市新莊區中山路、中環路口遭人連開8槍擊斃，案情陷入膠著，涉案32歲吳姓凶嫌昨天深夜在律師陪同，攜帶作案手槍的槍身向新莊警察分局「自首」，他供稱當天路過現場，劉芳成的車子惡意逼車，雙方差點擦撞，雙方發生口角和衝突，他才憤而掏槍殺人洩憤。
