蝸桿導程計算問題~~~煩請教!!

最近遇到蝸桿與蝸輪咬合產生異音問題!!

請問一支外徑37.5 3牙口 模數M3.5

用一般導程計算公式 加工後 與蝸輪咬合 一直有異音!!

試問 有聽過多牙口在加工時 導程好像會拉長有其另外公式 有誰知道嗎?

或是 會產生異音的狀況有哪些?

懇請高手解答!!
