美：阿塞德對放棄化武須展現「具體行動」

【綜合報導】美國總統歐巴馬14日在網路演說中表示，敘利亞總統阿塞德（Bashar Assad）必需採取「具體行動」，以展現他是真心放棄化武。美聯社稱，這段影片是在13日錄製，當時美俄外長尚未就敘利亞問題達成共識。

歐巴馬譴責敘利亞在8月21日所進行的化武攻擊，美方認為這場殺戮至少有1400人喪生。他聲稱要對敘利亞採取軍事打擊，但因美俄會談暫時延後。
