酒駕不服攔查　保全員撞傷副所長

【王煌忠╱台中報導】台中市第六分局市政派出所昨晚在中平路執行酒駕臨檢勤務，發現武姓男子﹝五十歲﹞騎機車忽快忽慢，王姓警員拿起指揮棒示意停車受檢，但武男非但不停車，還加速欲從路旁逃竄，迎頭撞上副所長楊宗達，致其右手、右膝及左小腿挫傷流血，一旁警員立即通報救護車將楊員送醫，幸經包紮後已無大礙。

武男偵訊辯稱，在家中喝了約400cc高梁酒，騎車外出訪友途中，根本沒看到警方攔查，突然就被多名警員強拉下車。警方表示，從事保全員的武姓男子，酒測值達0.86毫克，非但酒駕不服攔檢，還撞傷副所長，訊後依公共危險、傷害、妨害公務罪嫌移送。
