新興市場基金淨流出擴大至45.94億美元

根據EPFR資料，截至9月4日為止一周，美國股票基金淨流出擴大至78.88億美元，新興市場基金淨流出擴大至45.94億美元。

柏瑞投信分析，隨著本周美國國會開議，對敘利亞動武將進行表決，以及聯準會決策會議逼近，預期本周美股震盪將加劇。然而，第4季通常為美股消費旺季，平均漲幅達4.42%，上漲機率達78%。9月大盤指數拉回反而是加碼布局良好時機點。

柏瑞投信認為，第4季來臨前的市場修正，仍為股債市場最佳的進場時機，建議積極型投資人不妨開始利用這波的修正期間，可重新檢視第3季的資產配置，汰弱留強，第4季開始，可以利用成熟市場股票與高收益債券相互搭配的方式，持續布局，掌握美國聯準會於本月中開會後的市場反彈契機。
