前屋主隱瞞房屋使用狀況，提供不實資訊，是否可求償

之前曾發問：買了一間中古屋發現漏水該怎麼處理

前屋主已同意將漏水部分修繕，
目前還有另一個問題是關於前屋主隱瞞房屋曾出租他人以及有重新整修過，
當初在考慮房價時就將房屋是否有出租他人或重新整修列入考量，
因此在看房時也有特別詢問，
現在因為前屋主隱瞞這些資訊造成當初在議價時做出錯誤判斷，
如果知道房屋曾經出租且重新整修過，
房價部分我們就不會同意前屋主開出的價格，
綜合以上原因：漏水、隱瞞房屋曾出租、隱瞞房屋曾整修這3項，
是不是能依此跟前屋主要求減少價金？以及要求減少的金額要怎麼拿捏比較合理？
另外針對仲介部分是否也能提出退回服務費的要求(因為仲介沒有確實查證房屋使用狀況)？
