台中市衛生單位今天稽查餐廳，王品集團旗下的一家原燒餐廳，被認為冷凍設備溫度過高。王品集團表示，將改善進貨流程等。

衛生單位認定台中原燒店冷凍及冷藏設備的溫度未達管控規定。

王品集團回應，主要是進貨時，冷藏設備開啟次數太多。

王品集團承諾，將增加人力，改善進貨流程，縮短進貨時間，管控冷凍及冷藏設備溫度，維持食材新鮮度。
