問題真的有點多
一隻剛買的手機不該會有這樣的情形的

所以建議您這樣的情況
還是盡快到三星的直營維修門市做詢問的動作吧
保固的話應該是沒有問題
大陸買的在台灣維修應該是OK的

建議還是先詢問門市人員該怎麼處理比較好
如果有費用的話  再評估看看吧
