嚇阻亂貼小廣告　高市祭出斷話處分

【周昭平／高雄報導】針對街頭隨處張貼小廣告破壞市容，高雄市環保局今宣佈，因動員大量清潔人力仍未能有效嚇阻，已與電信業者洽談，除根據《廢棄物清理法》開罰，還將援引《電信法》，採取立即斷話措施，希望藉此解決市容毒瘤，還給市民乾淨環境。 環保局表示，《電信法》第8條第3項規定，張貼或噴漆有礙景觀廣告物登載電話號碼，環保局得通知電信業者停止該電話號碼電信服務，已協議電信業者並獲同意，8月20日開始配合實施採取立即斷話措施，以嚇阻不良廠商任意張貼廣告行為。
