F-富驛違約交割，什麼是惡意違約?

受訪劵商的意思好像是:客戶在甲劵商買，卻在乙劵商在賣…

我不太懂

難道是要刻意在甲劵商出貨，不履約，然後在以劵商出貨賺錢?

 

新聞上講

據指出，違約交易人經查都是關係戶，研判可能是同一人下單。相關人士指出，凱基、永豐證最早申報F-富驛出現違約，一般券商對遭違約個股都會特別注意，未料統一證竟未提高警覺。

依據券商作業規定，若客戶發生違約，券商必須申報且停止下單，同樣爆發客戶違約的包括永豐、凱基證都已在第一時間回沖；統一證卻在違約隔日繼續接單。櫃買中心主管質疑「內控太差」，已派員前往查核。
