手排車駕照爬坡問題!!

小弟我最近在學開車，我學的是手排車
可是在面臨爬坡有疑問
首先教練要我踩油門到指針2 在放點離合器到大約1.5 這樣做兩次

可是，我想問小弟這樣方法是否正確

首先，離合器+煞車採到底 再來拉起手煞車放開腳煞

接著將油門踩到轉數表大約在2(這時離合器是踩到底的嗎?)
然後放離合器直到指針大約在1.5左右
又再做一次以上動作(這時是否又要將離合器踩到底?)
第二次到1.5再放手煞車讓車子上去，以上疑問麻煩高手回答

離合器這東西到底什麼時候該踩 該放 還真是搞不清楚...
