ASUS ME301T觸控失靈

請問各位大大
我買了一台ME301送媽媽，結果因為無法觸控已經送修2次了
爬文發現大家都是更新就好了
所以試著先把韌體更新
但是一樣無效只好送修
第一次送修時僅更新韌體就告訴我沒問題了
結果用不到一星期，觸控又失靈了
第二次送修，客服告訴我有可能是FB導致中毒
接著維修人員電話通知說是因為我安裝CANDY的關係
該軟體是供手機使用，不是平板
所以失靈正常，請我自己去跟CANDY反應
維修人員什麼都沒做就送回服務站
僅註明CANDY造成，我一整個無言.....
請問有人跟我的問題一樣嗎？
真的有可能軟體中毒或衝突嗎？
手機跟平版不是同一種作業平台嗎？
真的會衝突？
