交長：國道計程收費非漲價

國道計程收費預計年底前上路，高公局公布費率，每車每天免費里程20公里，200公里以內每公里收1.2元，超過200公里則每公里收0.9元，以台北到高雄單程342公里計算，計程收費金額為342元，較現行計次收費360元便宜18元。

不過計程收費後，有民眾抱怨要多付錢，相當不滿。對此，交通部長葉匡時表示，少數人會覺得國道計程收費是漲價，但這不是漲價，因為過去已經有太多人占了便宜。

他強調，這是第一次國道全面計程，政策上路之後，兩年後再針對費率和橫向收費全面檢討，但絕大多數人付的錢會比現在便宜。
