【蔡進男／基隆報導】夫妻走到此地步，也真是令人搖頭！46歲楊姓男子5年前出了1場車禍，頭腦受創時常神智不清，楊男也將領到的職災保險金470多萬元，全數交給妻子保管運用，不料楊妻私下將存款領出，從此行蹤不明，拋夫棄子。

家人後來發現保險金被偷偷領走，報警處理，狀告楊妻侵占、遺棄罪；楊妻到案時辯稱這些錢都是用在先生的醫療費用及家庭開銷等支出，否認有侵占犯行，又常遭到先生家暴，才會離家出走躲避家暴，但警方訊後，仍依侵占、遺棄罪嫌函送法辦。
