標題[請益] 請問高雄鋼鐵廠電機工程師新人價行情

我弟弟去年7月國立科大碩畢(非前2科) 在科技業做了一年的設備 目前想到高雄 找鋼鐵業的電機工程師 已經有幾家接洽 想請問 如果能力上不是強(一般人偏弱) 口才不算好 有碩士且相關科系 一年設備經驗 這樣在高雄開35k會算多嗎? 還是下修到30k呢? 因為考慮高雄普遍起薪較低 能力不好開太高可能工作會GG 想知道一下 大部分鋼鐵廠(大公司)新人行情價大概多少 會有多久的時間訓練 家裡沒經濟壓力 其實開25K也OK 只不過怕工作性質與薪水不成比例 電機工程師都蠻累得(現場) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.105.149.148
