標題[請益] 機構或設備!?

小弟背景 高職~碩班都是機械系(熱流組) 目前在中部一家面板廠擔任設備工程師 資歷15個月 做的還算OK 但因不是很喜歡某位同事加上要輪夜班 所以想離職想很久了 最近面試了幾間公司 都是機構工程師 都在北部 都是小公司 但開出來的薪水 都比現職低了10k以上 面試機構工程時 主管也都很表明的說 設備的年資基本上他們不會承認 新人價 都30k左右 想請問各位先進們 小弟是不是可以當作練功先進去機構這塊 麻煩大家給點意見 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.41.121.241
