小妹早上都會換不同的早餐店吃早餐 有天換到了麥當勞 因為認真上進 小妹習慣邊吃邊看書 種類不一基本上都是科普或英文雜誌 結果店員阿桑跑來跟小妹說現在是用餐時間禁止用餐時間看書 小妹當下收起來了 可是事後十分不悅 1)當時人超少少到大概二十個4-6人座只坐了五桌左右 所以不存在我看書霸佔座位這事 而且我是邊吃邊看根本才剛開吃而已 2)我有付錢應該跟那些一樣有付錢但看報紙的人權利一樣吧 不過我看得是科普雜誌罷了 3)有法律規定用餐不能讀書嗎? 有法律規定店家可以禁止顧客不能讀書嗎? 有法律規定顧客一定要聽店家的規定不然會被趕走嗎? 下次再遇到可以申訴嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.161.149.152
