1.刑法185條.(妨害公眾往來安全罪)
損壞或壅塞陸路.水路.橋樑或其他公眾往來之設備或以他法致生往來之
危險者.處五年以下有期徒刑.拘役或五百元以下罰金.
因而致人於死者.處無期徒刑或七年以上有期徒刑.致重傷者.處三年以
上十年以下有期徒刑.第一項之未遂犯罰之.
2.道路交通管理處罰條例43條.
汽車駕駛人.駕駛汽車有下列情形之一者.處新臺幣六千元以上二萬四千
元以下罰鍰.並當場禁止其駕駛.
一.在道路上蛇行.或以其他危險方式駕車.
