請問想買日式手機,解約金部分的問題

小弟想買日式手機

但是關於解約費用有點疑惑

想買的是Xperia（TM） feat.HATSUNE MIKU SO-04E

所以如果我想買回台灣使用 先不論運費等雜項費用

手機拿到手 馬上解約+SIM解鎖的話
我必須支付 83160+9975(解約)+3150(SIM卡解鎖費)

以上請問有理解錯誤嗎???如果有錯的話麻煩指正一下 感謝~

因為我請代買的人說，似乎還要繳一個　簽約價金780*24=18720　（月付780 約期24月)

我不懂為什麼已經解約了還要付這個錢? 還是不用呢?(因為代買的人也不確定是否要)

請問簽約價金是幹嘛的呢? 有點不懂?

能不能請各位前輩指導一下呢?
