警大校慶開學 李鴻源提總合治水

中央警察大學今天舉行慶祝77週年校慶及開學典禮，行政院長江宜樺原本出席頒獎，因基隆災情勘災臨時取消行程，由內政部長李鴻源主持。

針對災情治水，李鴻源提出「總合治水」概念，他表示，彰化、雲林、嘉義的問題是地層下陷，讓過去五年的工程效果打折，應重新思考，從土地適用、城鄉規畫、農村再生來改變農村經濟行為，讓百姓不再超抽地下水，一樣可有合理生活條件，否則編600億或6000億元，如果繼續超抽地下水，問題不會解決。
