超大豪雨又來了　賴清德坐鎮北門撤離民眾 【王智勇／台南報導】台南市今下午出現超大豪雨，北門區因海水倒灌，造成錦湖里一帶 ，淹水超過50公分，尤其白米社區有120戶人家，約200多人，幾乎全泡在水裡，因中央氣 象局在今下午4時10分對台南市發佈超大豪雨特報，台南市長賴清德下午5時涉水趕到白米 社區強制撤離部分居民，截至晚間8時，白米社區已強制撤出24位低窪地區民眾，暫時安 置在南鯤鯓代天府，但白米社區有上百人未撤離，賴清德只能苦口婆心勸民眾早點離開， 以免愈晚愈難撤難。 http://www.appledaily.com.tw/realtimenews/article/life/20130831/251833/ 市長辛苦了~ 希望豪雨趕快停呀 >"※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.30.186
