反向山BOT案 邵族北上政院抗議

開發案爭議又添一樁。伊達邵部落原住民今北上行政院，抗議日月潭向山觀光飯店BOT案審查過程，偽造文書假稱取得原民同意，還刪除原承諾給邵族的回饋事項，圖利財團、侵害僅剩7百多人邵族的權益，要求撤銷開發案決議，否則將聲請國際法庭主持。　抗議民眾批評政府病了，原住民耆老上午在行政院外舉行驅邪儀式，稱要趕走惡靈。
