胖達人 莊姓前董座到案

台北地檢署偵辦胖達人涉詐欺案，今天約談前經營團隊說明。莊姓前董事長原本未到案，晚間與檢警取得聯繫，到北檢接受偵訊。

「胖達人手感烘焙麵包」宣稱「天然」，卻遭查獲使用九種人工香精，涉廣告不實被處新台幣十八萬元罰鍰。台北地檢署昨天剪報分案，以詐欺罪嫌偵辦。

檢警昨天前往胖達人總公司生技達人調閱資料，並約談董事長徐洵平、總經理徐志鴻以及財務、會計，今天上午約談前經營團隊的莊姓董事長、負責採購業務的洪姓副總、現任門巿王姓店長及江姓麵包師傅作證。

莊男上午未到，檢方原本考慮境管，但莊男晚間與檢警取得聯繫，赴地檢署接受偵訊。
