上班途中撞車

我老公在貨運公司上班
前幾天颱風假老闆沒休息還要司機出車
隔天照常上班

我老公早上4點多出門上班
晚上差不多10：30下班到家
洗完澡後 11：40pm又出門上班

上班途中 我老公因為精神不佳
開車撞上人行道
車子損壞 但人沒受傷
車子修理需要2萬
想請問 這樣子的情況
修理車子的費用
可以請公司賠償嗎？
