我以前是辦公室唯2貴妃型護士
經常成為辦公室的笑點
心裡難免很難過
工作實在太忙太累
根本撥不出時間運動瘦身
所以我只能穿塑身衣
想辦法調整生完2個小孩後的富態體型
但體型仍未能有效調整
肥胖的體態工作忙起來加倍疲累
加上我血壓又高，減肥真是難上加難
透過另一位同事的介紹
在網路上認識一位朋友
幫助我瘦了最胖的小腹和大腿
我總共減去了13公斤的體重
我好有信心
現在我不再是辦公室的笑點
現在是大家稱羨的美麗護士
或許也可以幫助更多需要的朋友
