標題[問題] 車禍理賠處理??

就先不說誰對誰錯了 我想請問 我發生車禍有報警出險 大約過了一個禮拜 結果我方保險人員打來說和解已經談完了，我們這邊要賠對方XXXX (出險理賠，我不用出錢) 然後接下來我也要自己出車體險修自己的車 但我覺得很納悶，完全沒提到對方有沒有錯，也沒接到對方車險人員的連絡 好吧就算是全部我的錯好了，保險人員可以在不知會我的情況下 就跟對方談好條件，然後一通電話就要我拿證件去蓋章 感覺就好像任人擺佈一樣，強迫接受結果??(雖然不用我出錢) 但出險的是我，保費我在付，未來的保費沒優惠也由我承擔 所以我方保險人員的作法正確嗎 這中間我沒收到任何通知，唯一接到電話就跟我說都談好了 我去蓋章就結束 我可以怎麼做呢??? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.172.92.236
