耳機出現噪音

之前網購一台soul的sl-300 買回來卻發現廳有些歌出現噪音(不是mp3檔的問題) 就是有點像靜電的聲音 而且低音沒有試聽的好 感覺很無力~ 上網看說有run過的耳機有差 是因為我沒run過還是買到瑕疵?...
